Katie Pushor will discuss the current state of the Phoenix economy, growth and job market. Katie will also provide information and insight into social networks like the Phoenix chamber, and offer stories of the many job transitions and “new tricks’” she has had to learn as she has gone from accounting to marketing to consulting to government to non-profit. Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays, 9:30-11:30 A.M. at Temple Chai, 4645 East Marilyn Road, Phoenix.
The Temple is located just east of the Piestawa Freeway (Route 51) and South & West of the loop 101 (PIMA FREEWAY SECTION). Temple Chai is on the west side of Tatum Blvd. between Thunderbird and Greenway Roads.

Ensynch Inc., the Southwest’s leading provider of IT infrastructure services, announced today the unanimous appointment of Gene Holmquist as CEO of Ensynch by its Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2006. He currently serves as President of Ensynch, and has been in the role since 2001. He succeeds Kurt Bunney, a 20-year veteran of the IT industry, who will remain Chairman of Ensynch’s Board of Directors, and will continue to work with customers and partners.
Holmquist will continue to serve as President of the company in addition to his new role as CEO.
“Under Gene’s leadership, we’ve made significant strides in the growth of the company, developed new service offerings for business customers, and secured outside funding and launched our expansion into Southern California,” said Bunney. “We are excited at the direction Gene will continue to take the organization. Holmquist brings nearly two decades of experience building successful services businesses from the ground up. Holmquist is an ardent supporter of the community as a former Board Member of the Arizona Technology Council and a relentless advocate for medical research to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
